The Real Estate Development division is involved in the construction of exclusive, high-quality condominiums in prime locations. Thanks to its experience and financial strength, the Real Estate Development division creates attractive, sustainable and comfortable living space.
In the Technology Division, the ARAN Group relies on innovation through research and development. It offers world-leading quality products in filtration with ceramic membranes, first-class service in industrial valves and in non-destructive materials testing, as well as intelligent solutions in facility management.
The ARAN Group, under the roof of the northern German ARAN Holding GmbH, unites some 30 small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the fields of recycling, project construction and technology. ARAN Holding GmbH is located in Bad Schwartau near Lübeck, at the same place where the construction and waste management company from which the ARAN Group emerged had its premises some 50 years ago.
ARAN Holding GmbH and the ARAN Group have a new corporate identity. The new logo tells the story of our origins: construction and waste management services were our first business activities and form the ‘pillars’ of our company, which was completed by the technology sector as the ‘roof’. In addition to the corporate structure with its three divisions, the two-coloured logo reflects the fact that our subsidiaries and affiliates are the foundation of our company while the ARAN holding company is the roof, symbolising unity and protection.
